Tumblr is slick tool, half way between microblogging and full-fledged
blogging (lets call it short-blogging). Its great for byte-sized-content
sharing. I love the fact that they make sharing it a no-brainer for you by
allowing you to classify your content into Text, Picture, Links, Quotes,
Conversations, Audio and Video.
The AJAXY interface is slick, the themes supplied are all very beautiful, not
to mention the fact that you can customize HTML. It has in-built Twitter
integration, which has made it my default miscellanea sharing tool. Go give it a
spin!
Great for quick simple posts, and same basic interaction with other bloggers.
Though you can write full long posts, it's really not that kind of blog. Stick
with WordPress or Blogger. Tumblarity is pretty lame (it's like you popularity
amoung other tumblrs) but other than that it's great!
Part of the new wave of Micro-blogging apps, Tumblr is a quick, fun, and
elegant platfom to share your ideas. Although he customization features seem
from a tottaly opposite concept: HTML editor short of intuitive.
i'm <3 it

it's part of my daily life. :-)
