Attempts to add dynamic download functionality to LOTRO such that a player does not need to download the entire game to play. However, download speeds are slower and less reliable than a regular HTTP download, and it still requires you to reserve and download all 8GB of game data before you can play anything beyond the tutorial. Useful for free trial users, but worse than useless for returning players with existing characters.
