More of a transcoder than a ripper, uses a hardware encoder on a USB dongle to do the work. Heard about this from Adam of the MacCast, as a way to convert video files to Apple TV format. It's good at that, and takes a lot of CPU off the Mac in the process. If you do a lot of this, then this hardware/software combo may be right for you.
