One of the few useful utilities from MS.
World famous!
Lots of smashing stuff. I found it especially useful for setting up URL searches for IE. Such as being able to search 'g cheese' in the address bar to search Google for cheese.

Great free tweaking tool. Not as powerful as commercial tweakers like X-Setup Pro but able to tweak the major things.
no windows installation is complete without this ;) i love it!
If you don't want to mess around with your registry and would still like to change some things about XP, TweakUI is the way to go. Small, light and pretty cool.
Has helped with some favorite tweaks that would require other programs to get to the tweak.

Used since Windows 95. I use it speed up windows, disable animations, and other things to make my Windows experience bearable.
