spiffy mac-like interface for Twitter, but I miss some key features such as
retweeting. An interesting first version, but needs some work before it can
replace my twhirl.
I tested quiet a few twitter clients in the Mac Platform and i must say,
tweetie is my favorite of all of the ones i used in the Mac. The UI is great, it
fells clean, the performance is great. No lag what so ever. It has all the
features i need plus there a few more coming in later on. As for the price, the
price is great. It's Free if you want the Ad version. Though the ads don't
bother me at all. If you want a AD-Free version, you can pay 15 bucks before May
4th before it's 20 bucks.
Loving this application so far, Atebits always do a good job.
Some problems such as the Retweet function, Loren from Atebits has always
refused to adopt the universally known "RT" instead he opts for the
(via @username) at the end of the tweet format. He has however said he will make
it an opt-in feature in version 1.3 where you can set it to "RT".
There are also some slight performance issues where it is sending requests to
the API too much even without me using it, preventing me from being continuously
connected to what my friends are saying.
haven't used it yet, would LOVE to beta.
if it's anything like the iPhone app, it will be so amazing.
i'm desperately in need of a quality twitter app that doesn't use Adobe
AIR and isn't twitterific.

It completely replaced tweetdeck as my #1 program for twitter, I'm looking forward to seeing what more features it will include in later releases.

I concur! Good GUI with minimal text. I haven't even seen any ads i the free version yet.

Beautiful!
It's available for the public now. Looking good so far.
