TweetPsych uses two linguistic analysis algorithms (RID and LIWC) to build a psychological profile of a person based on the content of their tweets. The service analyzes your last 1000 tweets and works best on users who have posted more than 1000 updates. It also works best on accounts that are operated by a single user and use Twitter in a conversational manner, rather than simply a content distribution platform.

I enjoy this little application but it is about as accurate as an astrology profile. I do like the fact that it breaks out multiple categories for analysis, and does give food for thought. However, would this analysis be good enough for a psych eval - no; good enough for a court of law: no. However, as a "toy" it is fun.

    Nonsense

Yeah, this is a nice idea. I could somewhat agree with the analysis of my own tweets.

"You often talk about various cognitive processes like learning, thinking, knowing, etc." <-- That's me! Haha!

Cool idea. Feel like I'm missing something though. I get the idea, but maybe I'm just a little too use to the Internets telling me "Based on your quiz results, you're 94% Crazy!" and spelling it out in some really nonsensical terms. It doesn't explicitly provide overall analysis, leaving one to come to their own conclusions.
