Great for sharing pictures (whether from mobile device or from desktop computer) on Twitter.
I use this page, from my Blackberry Storm, whenever i take a photo on the blackberry, it will automatically post the picture on this site, and post a tweet for me...

A great image host and share! There is no better way to share what you are doing at any time from PC or mobile. I love TwitPic and I'm yet to find anyone that can't agree with that.
(And you can rotate the image by clicking "Rotate Photo" up the top of the picture. Although it is recommended that you do the editing before uploading your picture, admittedly this is not always possible on mobiles.)
Great image hosting for twitter, but there are some basic features missing like edit the image (rotate, resize, crop etc.)

Basic, simple interface. Very easy to use and works well with iPhone twitterfon.
