Great for streaming, also some pretty good features.
Ustream.tv is easy and has some cool features beyond streaming. You can even make your unlimited video archive. Nice. Sometimes it's hard to connect. They need more servers.

uStream.tv is an awesome web application. The streamer is run in Flash Player, which at some times can cause your CPU to user a bit...Much of it's resources. But it all works out good. I'd recommend uStream over Stickam or Yahoo! Live.
