Just run this app and wait for a while denying to restore system files. Then reboot and you`d be able to install any third-party theme!
I tried to install Windows 7 theme on my XP, didn't work at all. Instead it changed the system settings and gave me a headache fixing the whole thing.
How to use this with HP Computer and the i386 drive. This computer does not have a CD and the OS is on a partition.
