I have no idea what this thing is, but Wakoopa tracks it. I must have downloaded it for free though, because I never had this on my computer before.
This is probably my favorite app of all time...the Various Binaries app. It can do everything. It is stopped by nothing. It's like a thneed and everyone needs a thneed.
Just like everyone else, I have game that gets merged into this category :(.
