I am not sure why I am the top user.. This is most likely a setup.. Could be related to having Virtual PC open (XP mode) etc.. I don't believe this is Explorer.exe .. Version info is showing Windows 7 RTM build number which I also believe is incorrect.. If this was explorer.exe for windows 7 I have every single computer I own running Windows 7 RTM.. Must not be correct..
Comes with Windows it is a file manager and trys to make managing your files easy.. Can become unstable in some versions. Nautilus on a linux distro is a lot better.
