I've just started using VideoVangelist (previously I used VisualHub for everything video related) but after it became unsupported, I looked around for another alternative... VideoVangelist is it. It's point-and-click simple but has a heck of a lot of options if you'd like to get technical. Excellent product and well worth the $10.
