A configurator on Windows
Thumbnail Sizer allows the user to change the size of Vista's Window thumbnails that show when one hovers over the taskbar button for the window.

this is great, because the default size of the vista taskbar thumbnails is ridiculous, you can barely make out what it actually is. Upping the size with this fantastic little app makes the vista feature worth having and using. Props to the author too has come out with many little apps to make Vista that much better and more usable =)
