it needs to expand its selection of movies and take off the pay-per-view for registered members (i'm already paying $10/month for this, i shouldn't have to pay an extra $4 to see particular movies), but is worth the price for a month or two.

they have a terrible re-registration process, though. i used vongo for a few months last summer, then cancelled my account when there weren't enough new movies i wanted to watch to make it worth paying for. then a little while ago i decided to renew my account, but i wasn't able to login and reactivate it. i called customer service and they told me i had to uninstall the software and re-register under a different username in order to start using it again. my old account was no longer valid.

this comes preinstalled on many HP laptops, it takes up more than its fair share of system memory since most users won't use it anway. even more problematic, it doesn't like to un-install correctly.
