Whatpulse is an excellent program, I've been using it for over 2 years now
and it's tracked over 27 million of my keys, it's excellent for keeping track of
daily usage; when I'm most active and what sort of activities use the most
typing.

has typed 1,553,627 keys, clicked 1,496,847 times and moved his or her mouse for
116.32 miles. Averaging 0.11 keys and 0.11 clicks per second. This user last

Mac, had to hunt to find the working version, and its a bit buggy. Hrmmf. :/
