    Gave it a try today, it seems worthless, didn't show differences between 2 files, only indicated that there is a difference and which of the files was newer. Only pro is the fact it's free (if you have Visual Studio that is)

    I'd recommend WinMerge of TortoiseMerge, both show differences in a nice graphical way.

    It's simple and saved me a lot of time. Part of MS SDK's as well, so it's free to use.
