is revolting to say the least. Cant uninstall this crap
It comes streamlined into Vista Ultimate (which i am running)

I wasn't even aware it was running on my system, damn vista, keep getting new
definitions for this crap every day and it has NEVER told me its found anything.
Infact I've never manually run it.
It's free, it works well with Windows and it's not bloated like the rest of
the any-spyware programs out there. It's a no-brainer choice if you are running
Windows.
Windows Update (see my other post for a full temper-tantrum) bugs me every
couple of days with "updates" to the virus definitions. I wouldn't
care so much, except that when WU announces this, I can count on system
performance rapidly degrading until I finally cave, install it, and reboot. I'm
seriously questioning the value of continuing to run this. I have Spybot
S&D, which should be enough.

it keeps on coming up saying that there's an update, when there's not.
I go check for updates & it says that there's no updates.
kinda misleading.
Good basic firewall. I haven't had any problems with it and it updates daily in the background.
Also uses next to no resources.

Eww. Was good when it was in Beta, but got worse (Like Windows Live Messenger) as development wore on.
Could've been a lot better.

I have been using it since it was in beta back in XP. I have always liked its design, simplicity and the fact that it is free.
The Only thing I kind of don't like is that people (PC Mag, PCWorld,Security firms, etc..) say that it isn't very good at catching malware.
I've been using this since it launched for XP as well as since Vista launched... and never had spyware since. It's great.
Haven't had any spyware yet.. just installed this a few days ago.. we'll see

The most stupid software ever created against spyware... Running on my pc because of Windows' default...
