I've got a review at http://everythingwindows.wordpress.com/2009/09/08/what-is-windows-live-family-safety/
I haven't had the chance to put this to the test yet but it does look good on the surface.
Very nice tool to help with Family Safety. Each user will need to create a windows live account or use an existing .NET Passport email address.
A parent has to add the kids to his/her main account, then he/she can control whatever the children are doing and also check reports and other stuff.
