Windows Live OneCare Family Safety, developed by Microsoft, is a free parental control service for Microsoft Windows. It is a Windows Live service, and is considered to be a part of the Windows Live OneCare umbrella. The program, which is roughly similar to Windows Vista's parental control feature, allows users to set guidelines and restrictions for children surfing on the internet and allows parents to monitor their children’s web activities.

Very nice tool to help with Family Safety. Each user will need to create a windows live account or use an existing .NET Passport email address.
A parent has to add the kids to his/her main account, then he/she can control whatever the children are doing and also check reports and other stuff.
