Better than outlook, yes; but is using two times more memory than Thunderbird, and not respect the native Windows Interface.

    It's just a junk!

I love Windows Live Mail, I get emails from only what I subscribe to, instead of just a cluttered mess of junk emails mixed in, such as with Yahoo. Also, since I don't have to log into the actual website to view my emails.

Windows Live Mail is a simple, effective e-mail client for windows users. With more complex e-mail clients, I tend to be less productive; I spend great amounts of time tweaking, configuring and honing filters and other advanced features to "streamline" my workflow. Windows Live Mail offers no such bells and whistles -- it's no frills. You're quickly up and running and can view your mail. Simple, no nonsense.

Satisfies every need you would have for a email client.

I love this application. I use it to manage all my email accounts and RSS feeds. I don't like the calendar features. It's not well integrated with calendar notices/invitations. When you get a notice, you don't see an accept or decline button. I end up using Google calendar instead of the calendar that comes with live because of this issue.

This is such an amazing email client. It works so well, is fast, clean, simple, and customizable. The calendar section is probably the best calendar I've ever used.

My current default email client on Windows. Great software here but the performance can be better (Start up and such)
