Comes with nice features like making panoramic pictures, not as powerful as something like photoshop, but it is a whole lot cheaper (free). The interface is basic and lot of options, a slight learning curve to get and know everything.
It's very good!
I like the upload to Flickr.
If you've used Windows Photo Gallery on Windows Vista, know that Windows Live Photo Gallery is the same thing, now with more fixing controls, tools to make panoramic photos, upload to Windows Live Spaces, Flickr and MSN Soapbox. It works on Windows XP too.
If you haven't done so already, visit Windows Update to get the latest version of this program.
