Comes with nice features like making panoramic pictures, not as powerful as
something like photoshop, but it is a whole lot cheaper (free). The interface is
basic and lot of options, a slight learning curve to get and know
everything.
If you've used Windows Photo Gallery on Windows Vista, know that Windows Live
Photo Gallery is the same thing, now with more fixing controls, tools to make
panoramic photos, upload to Windows Live Spaces, Flickr and MSN Soapbox. It
works on Windows XP too.
This is great, I can share, edit, and view pictures easily. It also makes uploading to Facebook simple with a plugin.
It still crashes on my Vista SP1 ;(
This is a really great app in windows seven...i enjoy editing my pictures with it, quickly and easily
Nice sharing app
This is a good image editor/viewer.
Does anyone know how to batch upload photos on Mac to Windows Live Photo online?
I Don't Really Like it Or Use it.
This is a great program for simple editing and photo organization. Also great if you use flikr. It can upload from within the program.

If you haven't done so already, visit Windows Update to get the latest version of this program.
Check out the Make Panorama tool. Awesome!
It's still lacking some key features, but it is still in beta.
