The best Blog Editor there is, hands down, i have used and tested all the
paid and free options and no one cant touch Windows Live Writer. the fact there
are over 100 plugins to extend its power is also what keeps it on the edge of
its competition. i love it. cannot live without it.
Bravo! It's good to see Microsoft strike gold every once and a while. Works
with most blogging services, great image suppost, tag support. Lovely for
people who don't like code and do love actual applications instead of web-based
everything.
A great WYSIWYG for blogging. It downloads your blogs templates, making it
easier to see how it will look before publishing. Just a faster way of
publishing with all the features in my current blog.
I have to say - this is somthing good from Microsoft... and amazingly the
tech support for the tool is very good... must be due to the beta status... but
it is very slick...
Seems to be a good program, but the HTML code generated by it seems to have a
LOT of redundant tags, which won't be accepted by the CMS had the post been
submitted via the web-interface.
It has nice image effects though (not that other programs don't, such as
BlogDesk), and it supports non-Latin texts.
An easy way to publish youtube videos @ wordpress. :)

I finally upgraded to latest version, and I must say, it just keeps getting better.
I am amazed that this is freeware.

I absolutely love this! It works well with Blogger and Wordpress. It feels like typing directly onto your web page.
