The scapegoat of a crashing application always seems to be Microsoft. A
poorly developed application may try to access an illegal block of memory,
causing it to crash (typically because a pointer points to a destroyed object,
but this could happen for any number of reasons). Reporting the problem
facilitates finding a solution to that specific application, or may inform the
developers of the bug in their software.
An interface that doesn't really help, not exactly correct and usually just
sends you elsewhere to find the answer. It might report errors, but it sure as
hell doesn't do anything more than that.
wahaha used this for more than 20 hours while my profile counts like 23 hours of tracking all my software :P
something wrong here ??? :P
I would like to report a problem: WINDOWS SUCKS
I think the term "38th Most popular" is not the right one, if this is started, you have a problem ....
all i like doing is clicking end now :D
Vista Probem Reporter & Solution Checker.. As far as I can remember this never worked.. Finally in Vista it actually tells the user something.
It helps me everyday :-D I think, it works OK.
I don't know if MS actually look at it. Of course, it's not always the fault of the OS, it can be a rogue application that causes the issue.
The way microsoft fixes its flagship, Windows. This makes windows get better quicker.
