A neccesary tool for most systems Adiministrators the Windows System Information Panel allows most of the best built-in tools of Windows to come to life. Such as the Partition Manager, User Groups, as well as Database Access. Each of these are completely necessary in order to get Windows to behave how an administrator wants, when he wants it.
Although it's not for the Novice, this is a very useful system tool. That's not to say that bits of it haven't been outmoded by 3rd party programs, but if nothing else is available at least you still have access to the information.
It's totally incomplete.
Useful if you don't want to download extra programs to tell you what Windows already knows.
Well there are better 3rd party alternatives but the windows version is alright.
