Ctrl + Alt + Del = Windows 24-7-12 :D
When u use it, it means that some sh*t happened on your PC. (All the time ... XD)
Just to kill processes, but good. I have to use it at least once a day xD
The windows task manager is more than enough for every user.
Does pretty much what it needs to. Needs a "stop this process from running on start-up" option. You should also be able to check the location of the file you're looking at. All in all still pretty useful :3
I keep it open all the time minimized. People need to be more aware of what's going on inside their computer's processes and inner workings, knowledge is power. If you know when your computer needs to shut a few things off because it's straining, you're more likely to avoid problems in the future.
ctrl+shit+esc it's one of the first things I do when i visit someone's computer xD (To see running processes) Still though procexp is better but it lacks network functionality :/
...can't use computer without Task Manager.
I agree with tiggs, minimise it to your system tray and you get a handy cpu usage indicator and an easy shortcut to see whats gone wrong.
Wish it was a bit more responsive when an application is thrashing though.
Who replaced the icon with the crappy XP one? I'll fix it.
Windows task manager... it manages tasks... in Windows.
Task manager for me is Open all the time
Not sure why, but find it easier to use
Useful software to close non responding softwares. If you are looking for something better then go for Process Explorer.
It works. Usually. More comprehensive tools exist, so if you know what you're doing you may want to use something like Process Explorer.
great program to turn off others programs
