Wow! This applet is awesome! It has all these slider bars that can go up and
down, and when you click on them and drag the mouse up or down, the bars move
and the sound either gets quieter (when you drag the bar down) or louder (when
you drag the bar up). This is one of those must-have apps for Windows. I wish
they made a Mac version.

Anyways, used it since Windows 95 to adjust sound levels.
It's Dutch for 'Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system'. :) I actually still don't know why Server 2003 is the latest version. :/
