You don't have 7Zip?
Winzip is good, but as others have said over the years it has gotten bloated and slow. However, I've yet to find a replacement that can match the feature set of Winzip.

WinZip is painfully slow on my desktop PC. May be time to switch to WinRAR.
I think WinZip is getting slower, or is it just me? WinRAR is better and ALOT faster.
The only button on my winzip toolbar is the extract button. Won't read files with Japanese text.
