A launcher on Windows
Wlsp or Windows live setup patcher.
This little patching program is used to patch the Installer for the most recent windows live messenger, to turn of the operating system checker. This enables windows xp x64 users to install it too.

Enables you to do something microsoft stops you from doing for no obvious reason. Windows live messenger 2009 works fine on my XP x64, I don't see why they'd stop me from installing it in the first place. So, by googling around a bit, this tool saved me.
