i see wordpad as a smokin' fast RichText editor that can be powerfull on doing
to-do lists and basic researches. Is not important how simple is the app,
important is how u use it.
I've no idea why I used to use this so much. There's so many better
alternatives available. Even so, for the simle job that it does, I guess you
can't really fault it.
Simple, in between Notepad and Word. Windows 7's version is much better though.

Wordpad on Windows 7 it's excelent, it had all the basic things that yo need.. Support ODF and docx. But it dont chck spelling.. :(

I use this in the times I don't have Microsoft Office installed yet.
mildly more advanced than NotePad, though i prefer NotePad.
Oddly, I've become somewhat addicted to using this. =P
