Probably the best blogging platform around - its plugin architecture is
amazing and I love the way the hosted solution keeps innovating. The interface
is so clean as well - its almost too good to be free!
Some of the things on that site could change, like the CSS and the way you
adjust the time. Hopefully in their new update to wordpress they change at least
the way you adjust the time.

I use both the wordpress.com, and the self-hosted solution. Excellent blogging software, that allows comprehensive customization.

WordPress is a very good website blog program.
Software is really good, their free blogging service is a bit less though...
