The interface is much better than mIRC, simple and not confusing. Personally
mIRC has better plugin and scripting functionality, but X-Chat is not far
behind.
Recommended for anyone starting to use IRC, on any Operating System
I actually hate and despise this client, but have yet to find anything else
that does what I need, a lot like Trillian. Don't start using it so you don't
/have/ to use it is my advice. Don't get me wrong, it has its moments, but its
usually just as annoying and poorly executed as can be.
Love this IRC Client, best in the world :)
quite effective
The Windows version is nice... however I'm not wasting $20 on it even though it's open-source.
Unofficial build for me.
Alexander the free build sucks i had to get key
Best irc client, but official version for Windows costs money =(
I'm using the free build from silverex.org
Great and powerful app!
Easy enough to use if you want the basics. I wouldn't know how it fares with anything advanced since I only use it for chatting.
Number 1 on Linux, but I still prefer mIRC on Windows.

Some quirks with the GUI as others have said, but besides that the best IRC client I've seen for Windows.
nice irc client it does not freez like ever 20 mins for nothinx like mIRC D:
:O O:
Good and decent IRC client that still needs some polishing and perhaps a better GUI? Hmm?

Great application for IRC Chat
The only thing I don't like in this IRC client is that it is shareware on MS Windows. There is silverex.org version, but it's buggy.
