    Xfdesktop improved a lot from Xfce 4.4 to Xfce 4.6.
    Now it is possible to draw a rectangle around desktop items and set an image file as wallpaper directly by right-clicking it.....although that's functionality that has already been available in other desktop environments for a long time.
