XiRCON is a Tcl-scripted IRC client for Microsoft Windows. It was developed by Mark Hanson, a software developer. Development ceased in 1997 upon release of version 1.0 Beta 4. Despite this, XiRCON fielded a steadily growing community based around the popular Kano script, among others. Edit

Best IRC client ever.
Hasn't been updated for more than 10 years now, but who cares ? It works. And it's so unknown that you don't have any exploits targeted at it.
Use it with Kano for even more leetness : http://kano.net/kanotcl/
It's a shame the developer stopped with this program, he had a goldmine on his hands.
This will be my standard IRC program for a long long time.
