i Use it for war Driving, its good for searching wireless AP's
It's useful when you need to measure the power of a wi-fi signal (as instance when it's provided by a public access point and you're trying to locate the best place for reception). Dont' misunderstand the radar view: it just tries to represent how far you're from the station, it doesn't give its position.
Might be the ac3-filter installer or xvid installer. As it showed up when I had installed those codecs.
