I love xobni. It really does change the way you work with your e-mail.
Admittedly, it can be resource-hungry at times, but I am willing to sacrifice
those resources for the functionality it provides. If for some reason I have to
use Outlook without Xobni, I feel like I'm walking down the street naked. I
find it completely indispensable.
