The 7th most popular file manager on Windows
… More Editxplorer² is what windows explorer should have been. Unlike explorer, xplorer² allows you to browse more than one folder at a time, using tabs and dual panes. Sorting out and copying files becomes a breeze. You can navigate your shell namespace quickly using favorites, clickable paths (breadcrumbs), easy access to root folders, a tree and a bookmark pane etc. You can even save and restore folder groups whenever your workflow deems necessary.
xplorer² browsing model scales up well to large folders with thousands of files. It reads fast, offers visual filters and a variety of selection mechanisms that allow you to manage your files effectively.

I love the double panes, makes it so much easier to move files around.
xplorer² is surely an outstanding one among the bunch of file managers available on the market. It doesn't have too many "bells and whistles" like the pricey Directory Opus has, and its UI is highly customizable. If you used it for a few days, you won't ever miss it again. Highly recommended!
looks too oldschool
If it would be more stable for my unstable system, it would have been something I would never want to lose!
似乎TC太复杂,这个蛮符合我的要求:多窗口,快捷进入方式,临时区。够用了。
If you are on windows xp you have to try this one.
This is simply the best file manager I've tried. I have the Pro version. The lite version is fine for normal users, but I find the advanced features indispensible since I work with a lot of files. I especially love the batch rename utility and the ability to bookmark folders I use the most.
Great for moving lots of files around in an old Norton Commander style. I really hate Explorer because it slows down my entire system if it's at work, Xplorer2 doesn't.
Perfect replacement for windows explorer. For normal user stay with lite version but if you want really good file manager go to pro.
I really like the 2-pane concept and the Lite version is really useful. I ended up buying the Pro version because of the file operations (move / copy) queues which come in really handy in filling up my portable music player.
Much of the other payed functionality is only rarely useful.
Fantastic application. A true killer app. in my opinion.
You don't need to buy the Pro version to get the best of this app in yur computer. The Lite version is so good you'll think "why isn't it in the core Windows?" easy to learn, easy to use. The only thing is that it wopuld be great if it automatically could replace the explorer navigation. You need to specifically open the program to use it.
If you're not into heavy file management, then it probably isn't for you. It had too many features for me, the casual non-power user. Though I might be wrong, through my googling, I didn't find an easy way to replace completely the default explorer without editing the registry. I opted for a QTTabbar instead.
While the commercial version is no match for directory opus, the lite version is well worth using. Superior explorer replacement.
The 'lite' version is great. I use it to manage a whole bunch of ado files and excel sheets and sometimes my music too. It would be nice if the scrap container and color coding were available in the free version too, but if you are into serious amounts of file management it might even be worth the upgrade.
