Actually I like the flashversion of youtube better. Just replace the "watch" in adress with "warp.swf" when watching a video, and hit Enter.
I also like the download option; add "kiss" between "www." and "youtube" in the adress of any video you watch, and hit Enter to download it.

Wouldn't really classify this as a web application. A toy maybe.. :)
