Your Webcam Watcher Program

I got this program thinking it would control my webcam device, but it actually just watches image urls online and saves them for you, so you can save other peoples webcams at intervals or when they change/update. It has a few neat webcams to look at in its default set. Good for what it does , it kinda looks like someones first program :)
