If you use FTP and SFTP a lot, this is the tool for you. It works better with unstable connections than others. And it is more mac-like than others. I keep forgetting the name, though. Edit

I use yummy a lot and it's by far the best FTP client. Yummy supports multiple connection types (SFTP etc.) and is way more intuitive then CyberDuck.

Yummy FTP is, in my opinion, hands-down the best FTP client for OSX. It's fast, it's easy, and does more than just FTP too.
