my favourite cross platform tweeter - I personally like the flash widget you can embed on your own page - see http://awallafashagba.me.uk for an example - embed pics and text and cross feed to flickR, facebook and twitter. awesome :) interface is a bit clunky but the widget makes me very happy
Seems like those mass update services like ping.fm and hellotxt with some multimedia features for upload photos and video, like tumblr.
