i use abander tag control software to correct my ID3 tags and find the right album titles etc.
so far it works pretty well but i had to get used to it because zune tends to read like id3v1 or id3v2 tags sometimes.
the trick is to make sure all ID3v1 and v2 are the same after that its pretty easy. The Abander tag control has also a nice ID3 synch wizard that can make sure that v1 and v2 are identical

The version is OK. On the players, I like it alot. I like the ability to have podcasts to.

I dont like that alot of the album art is messed up, and its near impossible to correct ID3 tags.

the new version stinks, MS got rid of ID3 editing tools and bunch of other useful features that power users appreciated. The previous version was based on Windows Media Player therefore it was designed to be used like windows media player's library. I love the new user interface of the Zune media player but in order to use it you have to use the new Zune Software :(
hopefully MS will realize that they made a mistake by making something look pretty and toooooo user friendly and that they got rid of the most useful features that would make the Zune software stand out from iTunes but unfortunately, even tho i hate iTunes, the new software is a giant step below iTunes as much as it hurts me to admit it

The new version smokes iTunes. The podcast support is clean, the organization is fine and the "all you can eat" subscription model is awesome.

Version 2.1 is actually quite awesome, I love it more than iTunes now, I just wish last.fm worked with zune.

The new revision out this morning absolutely smokes any other player tied Music Mngmt Program. I won't even insult it by comparing it to shiTunes.

I love how responsive it is and the fact the podcasts are integrated. Now they need to add smart playslists and allow up to edit file info so it can properly add album art.

now that I think about it, it's made to be compatible with limewire when you have it update the library from a folder, it adds all the music from limewire directly to my library and then gets all the album info, it's awesome, but the Zune will always be a nothing more than a ghetto iPod.

never will be as good as itunes, no flashy things like coverflow. It's nice that you can take music off the zune though, something unheard of to iPod users.

It needs some work. I'm eagerly awaiting the November updates.

My biggest gripe is with Genres. I listen to mostly contemporary Christian, but there is no link to it from the Genres page. Instead, I have to click the "More" genres and find the albums from there unless I search for a specific artist and locate an Inspirational tag.

Let's hope the next version fixes this.

Good Audio manager for the Zune MP3.

Never mind the negative crap out there, as its mostly attributed to the iFags(iTards) in the Mac world which is insignificant outside there constand MSFT bashing and queefing over the next shiny iTurd out of Steve Jobs ass.

Much, much better than iTunes. The screen isn't as cluttered as iTunes', and it's easier to sync music to your Zune than to download music to your iPod.

(I've used both programs and both MP3 players.)
