cmon.... please
If a version ever does come, i am sure it will probably come in a tarball, well, i would have thought anyway.
I hope whenever the linux version comes, it is available in different formats( .rpm,.deb,tarball) etc
Ok guys i sent a message to the Wakoopa team, and had a pretty prompt reply
"A Linux client is on the way actually! It's currently being developed and work is coming along quite nicely. We thought of open-sourcing it earlier but there's a lot of stuff you need for that (such as a testing environment) which we don't have time for to built. But in a few months we'll have a great tracker for you to try out. Keep checking our blog for updates on this: http://blog.wakoopa.com. I'll make sure we'll post about our work there more recently, also when we need beta testers like yourself.
Thanks,
Robert Gaal"
Looks promising!
If any OS needs wakoopa, it's Linux. There is so much software out there, and unless it's apart of your distro's repositories it's not likely that you will ever know about it (while on the other hand, Windows is popular enough that knowledge of good software is easily transmitted from person to person).
BUMP!!!
well, i'm no bash battle mage, but parsing a proccess table would sort this out, right?
This needs to be done :p gief Wakoopa.
Yeah...I agree on this... my ubuntu cries out for wakoopa...
In the meantime, look here: http://www.spreadfirefox.com/en-US/worldrecord/

I agree with Jogai!!
I also wait for linux version of the tracker!
I have written letter to the administrators - they say that it is developing now.... So I hope it will come soon! =)
I'm awaiting the linux release of wakoopa...
There is one voor mac, is it so hard?
We should Promote this group more and then spam the wakoopa developers to make an linux version.
