I never use notepad and I only use IE to check for cross-browser compatibility of my projects.
i only use bootcamp for a little gaming, but i hardly use notepad or even explorer for that matter...
I suppose this OS X Team is also a heavy windows user, either through VM or Bootcamp. I know I'm one of them :-)
