If you've installed aptana, you have the base package of eclipse plus html and css editing.
For php you need http://www.eclipse.org/pdt/
You can search for it with the update manager of aptana, its described here: http://wiki.eclipse.org/PDT/Installation#From_Update_Site
Good luck, youre on track for becoming a web developer. Dont forget to check out cms systems, mostly they fulfill youre needs and sava a lot of time.

Wow. trying out aptana studio, first. Will also continue checking out Eclipse but I'm not sure which release of Eclipse to get. Honestly, i am just starting out in all of that and am wanting to begin with html, css, and maybe a little php.
Any suggestions?

Besides the ones listed/linked to, are there any good programs for web-design that aren't $1k+ ? I know you can get DreamWeaver or FireWorks for $300-$600, but not sure if there are any others.
