Bio:	To talk briefly about myself, I'm Tia Marie (obviously). I'm a 26-year-old female who lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, I left my short medical career of about 6 years to fulfill my lifelong dream to get paid to be on the internet. I got started on this "interweb" thing rather early, about 1991 early. Ever since then I've been hooked. From Usenet to MUDs to Social networking, I've enjoyed a great deal of it. I even did about four years or so of blogging before it picked up the term blogging. Only problem being I was an unruly teenager and none of it was really worth the read. About four years ago I made the switch from PC to Mac and discovered the world of Unix. I run a text based online role play community that I've been a part of for about 10 years now which has led me into some hobbyist Unix Sysadmining and Ruby on Rails development. I also try to get out and play D&D whenever possible, but my hermitish nature and lack of time tends to foil those plans. I'm an Esperantist and some what of a politics geek. So that is me, in short. I hope this isn't too painful of an experience for any of us.
