Otherwise, this is abysmal, as far as file-hosting services go, thanks to insanely long waiting periods prior to downloading files (anything from a minute and a half for one-off downloads, to several hours when downloading multiple files in a set), and slow file transfers. If this is as good as free access gets, I'd hate to think about how "Premium" users are handled. If it wasn't the most popular service (next to MegaUpload, which also sucks) in terms of availability and range of files, then I'd stick with YouSendIt for downloading large files from various sources...
