<text>I love xobni. It really does change the way you work with your e-mail. Admittedly, it can be resource-hungry at times, but I am willing to sacrifice those resources for the functionality it provides. If for some reason I have to use Outlook without Xobni, I feel like I'm walking down the street naked. I find it completely indispensable. </text>

<text>The more you use it, the more you'll love it. Note taking software isn't for everyone, obviously. It has helped me in navigating my career a great deal. I am frequently tempted by Evernote, I will admit, but the two applications are very different in the way they store your notes, and I have ultimately found myself preferring the structure of OneNote. I envy the blackberry support of Evernote, however, and appreciate it's simplicity by comparison. OneNote can be daunting at first. Regardless, one of Microsoft's lesser-known applications but also one of their best.</text>

<description>Microsoft Office OneNote, usually referred to as Microsoft OneNote, is a tool for notetaking, information gathering, and multi-user collaboration by Microsoft. While many earlier systems relied on linear text flow (simple lists), OneNote visualizes notes as a two-dimensional page. OneNote also adds modern features such as drawings, pictures, multimedia audio, video, and ink as well as multi-user sharing of notes. </description>

<text>I've used a lot of different third party text editors, and I've got to give this one props. First of all, it's free, and most decent alternatives are not (Notepad++, UltraEdit, Textpad) ... It also happens to handle large text files better than any of the others, in my experience. Runs well, stable, and snappy. Lots of features, free... where can you go wrong?</text>

<description>Dropbox is a storage application and service operated by Evenflow, Inc. The service enables users to store and sync files online and between computers. A free Dropbox account offers 2 GB of storage. Users may upgrade to 50GB or 100GB by paying a monthly or yearly fee. The total amount of storage space of both the free and fee-based accounts may be increased by an extra 3 GB for free accounts and 6 GB for fee-based accounts by referring others to the service.
While Dropbox functions as a storage service, its focus is on synchronization and sharing. Dropbox synchronization uses SSL transfers with AES-256 encryption, and it supports revision history, so files deleted from the Dropbox folder may be recovered from any of the synced computers. Dropbox's version control also helps users know the history of a file they may be currently working on, enabling more than one person to edit and re-post files without complications of losing its previous form. There is no limit to file size for files added via the Dropbox application, but files transferred through the web interface are capped at 350 MB. Dropbox uses Amazon's S3 storage system to store the files.</description>
