Very good question! I also find Photodraw the best graphic app. for my generic needs. I use Photodraw 2000 version 2.0.0.1129 and this is still the best graphic app. I know, despite I searched for and tried alternatives.
Photoshop is to complex for my generic needs. Photodraw is still the best for me!
